I am addicted to the Italian language (la lingua italiana,) and Italian film. I am not only talking about films made and performed in Italian, but also films made in America that are dubbed in Italian. Admittedly, I am an institutionalized student of Italian, so my desire for Italian dubbing is slanted. One might argue that everything sounds better in Italian.

But that is not necessarily my argument. I love the Italian and English language equally. However, these days nothing beats American cinema.
My experience is merely enhanced by having the option to watch a film in Italian with English subtitles or in English with Italian subtitles. Sometimes I get super crazy and watch an America film with Italian dubbing and no subtitles.
